I don't know if anyone will be interested in this but I would like to suggest something, since I study chess for a really long time, I had many experiences and reached a level of a club player.
so I would ask, if I write lectures for people who are beginners of chess or the ones who wants to improve their skills, would it be possible on zone? I could use a board for it so that people would see the past lectures of mine, (that it will grow up in time) and the questions that asked by followers of lectures.

just an idea, please don't even waste your time to answer me if you are not certain.
I just want to share my knowledge, of course I am not a master but I have many source to evaluate.
Ugur

You could start a topic on accessible games and see where it goes. Alternatively, if there's interest, you could teach a class on Ventrilo. That option is open to anyone who wants to host a voice chat event.

I would be interested.

You could title the post "chessbridge lecture - xxx" where xxx was the lecture title. That would create posts for the different lectures.

We could post discussions and questions on whatever the particular topic was on that lecture.

I like the idea.

I don't know about the ventrillo thing, 'cause I don't talk on the internet. If you did them on vintrillo, would they be available for future reference?

Thanks,

Bob

well I would prefer giving them by correspondence, since my english is more fluent at writing. besides, with writing I can make the lectures "immortal"
thanks for being interested, I will start writing a sample one in a few days.

I'd be interested, I played for a long time, but haven't played in years. I never was master material, but I find it a very enjoyable game. If you'd rather write the lectures, and want people to participate, you could always do it as a blog community if you don't want to do it on zone. For example LJ, and people would post comments with questions, or suggestions for other lecture material

the problem is that I never used live jernal but anyway, I will try to make something like that. my aim is, sometimes creating analitical annotations of games, short but both entertaining and instructive games, even I am planning to do something very entertaining, move guessing game. a kind of game that you look at your position and try to guess the next move. and according to your choice, you look at the pointage of your move below the move played in game.
but all of these will come in time, first I should finish my school exams, then I will be able to write some lectures. and I will encourage my chess friends on zone or anywhere on the earth to join the lectures with asking any point they wonder, or they find something missing in my annotations. I hope that will make more enjoyable.
chess is nearly half of my life, and it is a very sattisfying game to prove yourself. of course there are other things for the same thing but I just will be sticked with chess. *grin*

Well, I'd really encourage anyone who likes the game to go along to a local chess club, they're lots of fun and good for those who are willing to learn.
I use LJ quite a lot and if you like i can help you set it up...i'm really wanting to play and learn more...i'd love to get back into tornaments.
